This insulated sandwich wrap features a patented triple-layer construction (a sheet of polyethylene between two layers of paper). The result: unbeatable heat retention for a longer period of time. Quilt-Rap is also known for its superior moisture and grease absorption; controlling moisture to keep foods from becoming soggy; and not sticking to food (less mess and less waste). Compostable, product may be processed in commercial composting facilities that have final screening capability. Such facilities may not be available in your area. Product contains approximately 79 percent compostable cellulose fiber by weight. Excellent barrier for both grease and water. Sogginess reduction (paper absorbs some of the moisture). Excellent opacity. Heat retention on par with foil wraps. Best for hot, high quality foods. Crispiness of food important. Great for burritos, juicy burgers, grilled reubens and toasted sandwiches.
