When you choose the Economy delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Orders sent by Fast, 2-Business-Day or Next-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

We recommend choosing Fast or Next-Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you.

You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Poppy loaf is a cake with eastern European roots and modern gourmet appeal. Our poppy loaf is made from a yeast dough that is rolled and filled with a dense, rich poppy seed paste. Poppy loaf is the perfect accompaniment to a cup of coffee at breakfast or any time you want a satisfying treat in your favorite flavor. Poppy loaves freeze well and can be served either room temperature or warmed up slightly.

Like all of our products, the 12 ounce poppy loaf is made from all natural ingredients, in a nut-free and dairy-free kitchen, and are certified kosher pareve.

Our recipes are inspired by Mrs. Chana Green from the remote shtetl of Halmin, Hungary. Known for her delectable Eastern European desserts and pastries, Mrs. Green's children became intrigued with the art of pastry making and chose to follow in her footsteps, opening Green's Babka in a small Brooklyn basement. With her original recipes in hand, multiple generations of Mrs. Green's children carry on her legacy through baking highest-quality kosher pastries. Baked fresh daily, Green's is proud to bake the finest traditional kosher Jewish pastries with only the freshest ingredients.
