When you choose the Economy delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Orders sent by Fast, 2-Business-Day or Next-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
We recommend choosing Fast or Next-Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you.
You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

- ๐ฟ BEST IN CLASS MATERIALS - FSC certified MOSO bamboo, toxin free paint and DuPont Nylon Bristles. Whilst we would love to use biodegradable bristles, the only truly effective plastic free bristle option available right now is boar bristles which is not an option for us as it is not vegan. We continue to research biodegradable bristle options but until a viable option becomes available we will continue to use DuPont Nylon bristles so as not to compromise our customersโ oral health.
- ๐ฟ RECYCLABLE PACKAGING - all our packaging is plastic free recyclable kraft packaging using toxin free vegetable dyes. We do not believe in using excess packaging. Simply run your toothbrushes under hot water before use.
- ๐ฟ END OF LIFE - bamboo is a natural product and if it is not kept dry it can develop mould. This is important in bathrooms where it can get warm and steamy. Once your toothbrush has reached the end of its life, pull the bristles out with pliers and compost handle. As it is possible to pull bristles out with force, we do not recommend this product for babies who chew their toothbrushes as bristle shedding may occur. Dentists recommend changing toothbrushes every 3 months.
