Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Ralph Lauren reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on RalphLauren.com.
When you choose the Economy delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Orders sent by Fast, 2-Business-Day or Next-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
We recommend choosing Fast or Next-Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you.
You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Here is how the process works: 1) Complete Purchase on Amazon, one tape per qty, up to 6 hours of footage. 2) Ship your tape(s) to: Time To Remember - email us to confirm prior to making your purchase 3) We will let you know once we receive your tapes and get started on digitizing right away. We will digitize them within 5 business days of receipt for smaller orders and 10 days for larger orders. 4) Your MP4 files of your videos will be posted on our Google Drive or DropBox and shared only with you free of charge for a month. The link will be sent to you via email. 5) If you would like the tapes returned, it can be arranged at a later date. You don’t have to decide this now. We will keep the tapes on hand for one month in case you decide you want them and we can organize this at a later time after digitization is complete.
- Each transfer covers: 1 tape + 30 days of Cloud Delivery via Google Drive + Complimentary Recycling of the media
- Tape formats: VHS, VHS-C, 8mm, Video-8, Hi-8, Digital 8, and MiniDV. 640x480 resolution (standard for these tape formats)
- Mail tapes to Time To Remember (we will provide instructions within a few hours of making your purchase)
