When you choose the Economy delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Orders sent by Fast, 2-Business-Day or Next-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

We recommend choosing Fast or Next-Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you.

You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Choi's Kimchi Co. does not pasteurize our Kimchi. As a result, the pouch that contains our Kimchi may expand because of the natural fermentation and the release of CO2 that occurs during transit. Worry not; we process our kimchi daily and ferment our kimchi in accordance with transit times and our cold-chain pack out! Our Kimchi is made using a traditional recipe that has been handed down from generation to generation from our home in Portland, Oregon. Each order is made to order and we are here to answer any questions you may have! Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean food composed of various vegetables and seasonings. Widely considered one of the world's healthiest foods, Kimchi is rich in vitamins, low in calories, and packed with lactic acid making it a rising star in probiotic foods. Our Award Winning Spicy Napa Cabbage Kimchi is the most traditional variety we offer and is made in the USA using a small batch process. Please refrigerate after receiving your package to maintain product quality.
